Regulations and Prices
Guests should arrive after 16:00 on arrival day, and in the case of unexpected delays, must contact the owners:

Guests must leave by 10:00 on departure day.
The modules for the communication of guests' personal details (required by law in Italy) shall be completed and communicated on arrival of guests.
It is not permitted to allow other people to stay overnight, other than those registered, without the permission of the owner.
The property is not sufficiently equipped to receive disabled guests.
The breakage deposit, payable on arrival, will be returned at time of departure after checking the apartment.
At time of arrival guests should show the booking agreement voucher between themselves and the owner.

The price includes:
- Tourist tax: EUR 1.50 per person per day for the first 4 days
- Electricity, water, gas
- Heating (only for Suite Reale and Suite Nazionale)
- Air conditioning (only for Suite Reale and Suite Nazionale)
- Wi-fi internet connection
- Bed linen and towels
- Weekly linen change
- Final cleaning
The price not includes:
- Heating (only for Suite Imperiale and Terrazza Cortonese)
- Air conditioning (only for Suite Imperiale and Terrazza Cortonese)
Methods of payment
To confirm a reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total rental cost must be paid by bank transfer to the following account, as guarantee of booking:

The balance must be paid on arrival.
The reservation will be considered valid only from the moment the balance is received.
Breakage deposit € 250.00 payable on arrival.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation of booking:
Within 30 days of arrival, free cancellation
From the 29th day to arrival day, or in the case of non arrival, there will be no refund of the 30% deposit paid as guarantee of booking.
